                         Tony Awards 2022 were the 75th annual Tony Awards which were held Sunday night on June 13, 2022, at 4:00 AM GMT+5. Tony Awards 2022 were held to honor the pinnacle performances from the theater industry, following 2 years of Broadway disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Ariana DeBose is an Academy Award winner and Tony Award, nominee. She hosted the rite from Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
“A Strange Loop” got here into the nighttime with eleven nominations, the maximum for any display, and took domestic the awards for Best Musical and Best Book for a Musical. The Best Musical win introduced a Tony Award to Jennifer Hudson, who's one of the manufacturers of the display, making her simply the seventeenth ever EGOT winner, which means she has secured an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award.
Hudson had formerly gained an Oscar in 2007 for her function in “Dreamgirls,” a Daytime Emmy in 2021, and Grammy Awards, one in 2009 for Best R&B Album and every other in 2017 for Best Musical Theater Album.
